GCB Rules Update

As of the February 22, 2000 Gambling Control Board Meeting the GCB's
Proposed Pull-Tab Manufacturing Rules are apparently still being
reviewed by the Administration.

The GCB is also looking at starting a rules process regarding
multiple-seal tipboard games and/or cumulative or carryover tipboard
prizes. A pre-PAC meeting has been held.
